Tackling the issue of long lines and demand on the bank for information
Thanks to a new application, customers of Raiffeisen Bank will be able to fully embrace the new era of digital banking.
The application enables users to access the internet while being physically present at a location, providing them with the ability to apply for loans, explore the features of the bank's website, or connect with a representative without the need to queue.
Our team developed a streamlined and minimalistic interface, featuring a primary navigation menu located on the left-hand side, with the central content occupying the majority of the screen real estate, and pertinent information regarding the store displayed on the right-hand side.

We faced various challenges during development, such as designing a visually appealing and easy-to-use minimalistic interface, integrating the application securely and efficiently with the bank's backend systems, ensuring that the application was responsive across various device types and screen sizes, maintaining data security while providing internet access, and providing efficient customer service and support. However, we were able to overcome these challenges and deliver a successful solution to our client.


We took a user-centered approach that involved user research, wireframes, and testing. We worked closely with the bank to integrate the application securely with their backend systems using established APIs and industry-standard security measures. Additionally, we included features such as chatbots and 24/7 customer support channels for efficient customer service. Throughout the development process, we conducted rigorous testing and monitoring and used a responsive design approach to ensure the application worked on all devices.


The successful implementation of the application had a significant impact on the operations of Raiffeisen Bank. By providing an intuitive and responsive interface, customers were able to easily access information, apply for loans, and connect with representatives without the need to queue. This improved the efficiency of customer service, reducing wait times and increasing customer satisfaction.
