Challenge

Enable flexible, shared coworking memberships with minimal friction: help users quickly search, discover, and reserve the right space while ensuring a streamlined, reliable subscription and payments experience.

Our Approach

We audited leading products, aligned on user journeys with stakeholders, and iterated through design and usability testing with a focused beta group. We optimized performance, accessibility, and consistency across native and web platforms to ensure the experience feels fast and intuitive.On the engineering side, we designed a scalable architecture with clean integration points for authentication, subscriptions, and customer support—prioritizing reliability and low latency for a global user base.

The Result

A native mobile experience for iOS and Android with Stripe-powered subscriptions, Intercom for customer communications, and Firebase Authentication with a real-time backend. The React-based web application extends discovery and account management to the browser, delivering a cohesive, high-performing product suite for the One Coworking community.
