A demo takes an afternoon. We use Claude for exactly that, and for the first draft of most of what we ship. What the afternoon doesn't cover is the part a bank pays for: the core-banking integration, the audit trail the regulator reads, the permissions model, the data that arrives wrong at three in the morning, and someone accountable when it does. Vincu is two years of that part.

Two years embedded inside ProCredit Bank in Sarajevo. We watched requests bounce between departments over email — Vincu grew into the connective layer between the bank and everyone it deals with: AI credit decisioning, a customer portal, a sealed document vault and cross-department workflow, all on one shared record. Micro-loan decisions that took about a week now come back within 24 hours of a complete application.

We own a coworking space in Sarajevo. For a year we ran it on someone else's platform at four hundred dollars a month, and the thing didn't understand how a community actually works. So we built tersOS. The space runs on it today — every booking, every member, every display.
