Privacy.
The short version: this site collects what you type into the contact form, counts page views without cookies, and nothing else. The long version follows.
Who we are
BetaStudio d.o.o., Tershouse building, Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. We are the data controller for this website. For anything in this policy, write to hello@betastudio.ba.
What we collect, and why
The contact form asks for your name, email address, a subject, and your message. We use it to read your message and reply — nothing else. Submitting the form sends the message to our inbox (delivered by SendGrid) and stores a copy in our content system (Sanity) so we don’t lose correspondence.
We don’t buy data about you, we don’t sell data about you, and we don’t add you to a mailing list because you wrote to us.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate without cookies and without tracking you across other sites. We see numbers like "how many people read this page", not profiles of individual visitors.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Embedded product sites
Some pages can render our own product sites (vincu.ai, tersos.io) inside a frame — only after you click to browse them. From that point the embedded site’s own privacy policy applies to what happens inside the frame.
Where the data lives
The site is hosted on Vercel; form submissions pass through SendGrid and are stored in Sanity. These providers process data on our instructions and may run infrastructure in the EU and the US under standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as the correspondence is live, and then as long as ordinary business records require. If you want a message deleted sooner, ask and we will delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or hand it over in a portable format. Email hello@betastudio.ba and a person — not a ticket system — will answer. If you are in the EU/EEA you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If the site starts collecting something new, this page changes in the same release. The date below is the last time that happened.
