We ship from inside the work, not from the deck. tersOS runs the coworking space we own. The fintech line lives inside ProCredit Bank. Everything else follows from there.
The fintech line.
Two years embedded inside ProCredit Bank in Sarajevo. We watched the call room scroll spreadsheets of names with no context, and underwriters re-approve the same routine files every morning. LeadHunter and RiskScout are what came out of that — both running in production at the bank today.
LeadHunter
A call-room queue that comes with the reason behind every name — pulled from the public record, scored by Claude.
RiskScout
A customer-facing loan portal that decides on its own. Submit to preapproval in under five minutes, with no one on the bank side touching the file.
The workspace line.
We own a coworking space in Sarajevo. For a year we ran it on someone else's platform at four hundred dollars a month, and the thing didn't understand how a community actually works. So we built tersOS. The space runs on it today — every booking, every member, every display.
The agency line.
We were paying four tools to half-do what one should — projects in one place, time in another, invoicing somewhere else, status updates in nobody-reads-this Notion. betaflow is what we built so we could stop. Closed beta with a public waitlist.
Eleven people. Same team behind every product.

We don't build for the portfolio. If a product can't pay for itself inside a year, we don't start it in the first place.
We answer our own pages
Something breaks at 2am, one of us picks up. The people running real businesses on this stuff deserve that, and we'd do it anyway.
Every line is ours
No third-party SaaS duct-taped underneath. No vendor we can't email. If it breaks, the person who wrote it is three Slack messages away.
Weekly or it's dying
A product that hasn't shipped in 30 days is in trouble. We'd rather cut the scope than watch a codebase rot.
