AI Programs/Build/STEP 03
Step 03·A working system, not a demo

Build. on your real data.

A demo on sample data proves nothing. In six weeks we build a working AI system on your real data, in your real environment, doing one real job — so you find out whether it works before you bet the roadmap on it. If it can't be made to work, we tell you, and that answer is worth more than the fee.

Demos always work. Production is where AI quietly falls apart.

Every AI proof-of-concept looks brilliant on a curated sample. Then it meets your messy data, your edge cases, your latency budget, your compliance team — and the magic evaporates. The expensive mistake isn't a failed pilot; it's a committee approving a year-long programme off the back of a demo that never touched reality.

What you get·Build / 03

What you walk away with.

A working AI system doing one real job in your environment
Built and tested on your actual data, not a cleaned-up sample
Honest performance numbers — accuracy, latency, cost per run
The integration and infrastructure to run it for real
A clear verdict: scale it, change it, or stop — with the evidence
All code and documentation, yours to keep
How it works·Build / 03

How the build runs.

Step
01

Scope

Week 1

We lock one workflow, one definition of success, and the data access to do it. Tight scope is what makes six weeks real instead of aspirational.

Step
02

Build

Weeks 2–5

We engineer the system on your real data — powered by Claude where it earns its place — iterating against your edge cases, not a demo set. You see progress every week.

Step
03

Prove

Week 6

We measure it honestly and hand you the verdict: the numbers, the system, and a straight recommendation on whether and how to scale it.

Investment·Build / 03
€25K–€50K~6 weeks
Fixed scope, fixed price

€25K–€50K, fixed scope and fixed price.

The number depends on the complexity of the workflow and the state of your data — set in writing before we start, after the roadmap or diagnostic. One workflow, one price, one working system at the end. No surprise invoices.

Questions·Build / 03

Straight answers.

What if it doesn't work?

Then you get the most valuable deliverable of all: proof, before you scaled it. A clear, evidenced "this won't work, here's why" in week six is far cheaper than discovering it in month twelve of a full programme.

Do we need a roadmap first?

Not strictly. If you already know the one workflow worth proving, we can scope a Build straight from a diagnostic call. The roadmap helps when you have several candidates and need to pick.

Who owns the code?

You do. Every line, plus the documentation to run and extend it. No lock-in, no per-seat licence on your own system.

Who delivers this

A senior team that has shipped AI into production — not a reseller. The same engineers who built tersAI and our studio's AI suite run your build.

Step 03

Prove it on your data.

Six weeks to a working system on your real data — or the evidence to walk away. Either way you win. Starts with a free diagnostic call.
