What this covers
These terms cover your use of betastudio.ba, the website. Work we do for clients is governed by the contract each engagement signs — nothing on this site changes those.
The content
Text, photography, screenshots and the design of this site belong to BetaStudio d.o.o. or the clients pictured. Client names and product screenshots appear with permission. If you want to reuse something, ask first: hello@betastudio.ba.
Accuracy
We keep the site factual — prices, timelines and case details reflect reality at the time of writing and can change. The site is provided as-is; nothing on it is a contractual offer until it is in a signed agreement.
Links and embedded sites
The site links to, and can render frames of, our own product sites and third-party pages. Their content is theirs; their terms are theirs.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from use of this website. If you rely on something here for a business decision, talk to us first so it can go into writing.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and disputes belong to the courts of Sarajevo.
