Football Analysis App for BHRT
Real-time tactical analysis overlay for live football broadcasts
We built a native iOS application for BHRT that powers real-time football match analysis during live broadcasts.
The app connects directly to the live production feed, enabling hosts to:
- Pause video during the broadcast
- Draw offside lines and circles around players
- Highlight empty spaces or tactical areas
- Rewind and review key moments instantly
It is now a core tool in BHRT’s coverage of local leagues and international competitions such as the European Cup and Champions League.
Challenge
Live sports analysis requires seamless synchronization with the broadcast feed. The app needed to deliver real-time responsiveness, withstand the pressure of national live TV production, and remain intuitive enough for fast-paced use by presenters.

Result
A production-ready iOS broadcast tool now used daily by BHRT. The app enhances storytelling by enabling presenters to visually explain tactics, positioning, and strategy in real time—creating a more engaging viewer experience.
