01

The brief

A bank launching a new generation of products needed a front door to match.

ProCredit Bank in Bosnia and Herzegovina was rolling out a new mBanking app, contactless and Apple Pay cards, a biodegradable debit card, e-banking and its own network of EV charging stations — under one campaign: Revolucija u bankarstvu, “ProBaj bez rizika”. The public website had to carry that campaign, explain each product in plain words, and turn a visitor into an applicant without a trip to a branch.

This is the part of our ProCredit work the public sees. Vincu and LeadHunter are the part behind the counter.

02

The approach

Campaign first, then a plain page for every product, then one question: what would you like to ProBati today?

The site opens on the campaign and moves straight into the products: the mBanking app, e-banking, cards — with the ProGreen card and contactless payments given their own stories — loans with a calculator, savings, and business packages for companies just starting. Each page says what the product does and what it costs. The campaign’s promise is transparency, so the pages are built to keep it.

The close is a row of doors rather than a form: open an account, apply for a loan, finance your future, use the mobile wallet, a housing loan, start saving. Every door leads to an application or an explanation, never to a dead end.

03

The outcome

The public face of a bank we also build systems for.

The site is live at procreditbank.ba and carries the Revolucija u bankarstvu campaign to the market. It sits alongside the systems we run behind the counter at the same bank: Vincu, the bank relationship platform with AI credit decisioning — where micro-loan decisions that took about a week now come back within 24 hours of a complete application — and LeadHunter in the call room. Both are in production at ProCredit Bank.
