Coca-Cola HBC needed a Fanta digital experience for younger audiences across Bosnia and Herzegovina — one that felt like entertainment, not advertising. It had to be mobile-first, on-brand, and capable of handling thousands of concurrent participants without buckling at a campaign peak.

Bright visuals, bold typography, snackable content flows — designed for a thumb, not a desktop. Added gamification layers (challenges, points, rewards) to drive return visits beyond the initial share.
Under the hood, we built a scalable infrastructure that handled campaign peaks without downtime. Social integration made the experience naturally shareable, boosting organic reach.
