One Coworking

One Coworking sells shared memberships that unlock access to coworking spaces around the world. The product needed to live as a cohesive suite — iOS, Android, and web — where members could discover spaces, compare options, and reserve a desk in under a minute.

The hard part: making a multi-platform subscription product feel like one fluid experience instead of three apps loosely related to each other.

We started with a competitive audit of leading coworking and travel apps, then worked through user journeys with stakeholders before writing any code. A focused beta cohort drove three rounds of usability testing.

On the engineering side, we designed clean integration points for authentication, subscriptions, customer comms, and a real-time backend — so adding new spaces or features later doesn't mean rebuilding the seams.

Members now find, compare, and access spaces in three taps. Stripe handles subscriptions, Intercom handles support, Firebase Auth keeps sign-in seamless across devices. The React web app extends the same experience to the browser without divergence.
