The brief

A blockchain telecom needed an iOS app that matched its Android version, feature for feature.

World Mobile is a decentralised mobile network built on blockchain. Their Android product already shipped — we were brought in to deliver an iOS app that mirrored it exactly, including account management, mobile wallet, top-ups, real-time transaction history, and an NFT marketplace.

The constraint: full alignment with the Android product, the blockchain-powered backend, and World Mobile's brand guidelines — no surprises.

The approach

We shipped a native iOS twin of the Android product, on a single shared codebase.

Built the iOS app using Kotlin Multiplatform with Swift, so the business logic stays in lockstep with Android while the UI feels truly native on iPhone.

Delivered the full feature set: account management, mobile wallet integration, top-up and balance flows with multiple payment paths, service browsing, real-time transaction history, and the NFT marketplace. We worked directly with World Mobile's product and engineering teams to keep alignment tight.

The outcome

A fully production-ready iOS app — strategic hold, not a technical one.

The iOS app was production-ready and feature-complete against the Android version. Launch was paused for strategic reasons outside our scope, but the build itself shipped on time and demonstrated our ability to deliver complex, blockchain-driven telecom software on tight platform-parity constraints.
