Football Analysis App for BHRT

BHRT, Bosnia & Herzegovina's national broadcaster, wanted a tool their presenters could use on-air during football coverage — to draw offside lines, mark players, and highlight tactical zones directly on the live stream as they explained the game.

This is national TV. The constraint was simple: sub-second response, frame-accurate, and reliable enough that nobody on the production side has to worry about it during a live broadcast.

Built in Swift, fully native, GPU-accelerated for smooth annotation rendering. Connected the app directly to BHRT's broadcast production network for frame-accurate, real-time video handling.

The interactive toolset — offside lines, player markers, tactical zones — layers directly onto the live stream with sub-second input-to-output latency. We validated the whole thing through test matches and real broadcasts before signing off.

The app is part of BHRT's regular coverage of local leagues, the European Cup, and Champions League broadcasts. Presenters can pause, rewind, and annotate live — turning analysis from words into something viewers can actually see.
