tersOS — The Coworking Operating System

We own a coworking space in Sarajevo. For a year we ran it on someone else's platform at four hundred dollars a month, and the thing didn't understand how a community actually works. So we treated ourselves as the client and wrote the brief we'd want to receive: one system for the whole space.

Eight modules on one platform: a mobile-first member app with a social feed and messaging, bookings with calendar sync, memberships with auto-billing, interactive floor plans with live occupancy, digital signage, community events with RSVPs, and tersAI — a natural-language assistant for the questions every front desk gets asked. Everything ships to tershouse first; our own floor is the test environment.

Every booking, member, display and event at tershouse runs through tersOS — and it's public at tersos.io, from $49 a month, for operators who'd rather run their space than their software stack.
